Keep your details identical everywhere
Google trusts a business it sees listed the same way across the web. Write your name, address, and phone one way, and use exactly that everywhere, on the site, the Profile, and every directory.

Reviews are one of the biggest levers on local ranking and on trust. Ask at the end of every job, while the work is fresh and the customer is pleased. A steady trickle beats a one off burst.
