Privacy policy

FORGE is the trading name of an agentic marketing agency serving London tradesmen. FORGE is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration ZC176397, and handles personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you request a preview, talk to our concierge, or buy a package, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, trade, and business information. We use these only to build your site, answer your enquiry, and run your account.

If you start claiming the website we built as your preview and do not finish, we may email you up to two reminders about it. You can say no to these at checkout, and every reminder has a link that stops all emails from us.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies that are not essential to the site working. Under UK PECR and GDPR we do not set these until you accept them. When you first visit, analytics storage is denied by default through Google Consent Mode, and the analytics cookies only fire if you choose Accept on the cookie notice. You can decline, and the site works the same. Before you choose, Google may still receive cookieless signals that count a visit without identifying you or setting a cookie. IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Your browser keeps a note of your cookie choice, so we do not ask again. If you accept, it also notes when you first visited and when you last saw our review card offer, so the offer is not shown to you too often. Neither note is sent to us or to anyone else.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through the site, through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity loads only if you choose Accept, and it masks what you type into forms. Microsoft processes this data for us under its own privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email sales@forgeisagentic.tech. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Data we share

We use trusted providers to run FORGE, including hosting, payment, and email services. We never sell your data. Your website and its content remain yours.
